This is Knox Lake State Park frozen over. The ice is incredibly thick, one could go fishing out on it. You could hear it crack and pop along the dock.

I made this a duo tone image in PS 6.

It was ungodly cold taking this picture.

the colour and over all feel of the picture are simply great, question, where is knox lake state park, sounds keen to ear.

knox lake state park is located in Knox County, just outside the town of Fredericktown in Ohio.
